‘In Bruce we Trust’. Meet the first Collision, a unique Hazy Pale Ale with Baxbier, our friends from up north. We like it hazy and fruity, but we like to start the new year with something easy and drinkable even more. Fully loaded with The Bruce fresh hop, supplied by our longstanding pals at Freestyle hops, this full-bodied beer is bursting with exotic notes of citrus, mango and apricot. This beer is like a little miracle, just like Bruce Nolan could create.
Olá! Together with our Portuguese friends from Dois Corvos we’ve came up with something special, a fusion of two classic styles: a Weizen and a Tripel. The result? A perfectly balanced beer in which the fruity esters and the spicy undertones, found in both beer styles, are combined. But there’s a secret…There’s a hint of saffron In the End that adds a Portuguese character to the beer.
