In Bruce we Trust’ – A Seriously Playful Collaboration with Baxbier
Meet Bruce Almighty, the very first Craft Collision: a unique Pacific IPA brewed in collaboration with our adventurous friends from up north, Baxbier. As true fans of hazy, hop-forward beers, we teamed up to create something bold yet endlessly drinkable—perfect for kicking off the new year with flavor and fun.
This golden, bright blonde IPA is our take on tropical refreshment. It comes in at a smooth 4.7% ABV, making it the ideal go-to beer when you’re after something light yet full of character. Expect a vibrant burst of citrus, mango, and apricot aromas right from the first sip—refreshing, juicy, and just the right amount of playful.
What really makes this brew special is the hop line-up. We’ve loaded it with some of the freshest New Zealand varieties out there: The Bruce, Riwaka, and Nelson Sauvin—supplied by our longtime hop heroes at Freestyle Hops. These powerhouses deliver an intensely fruity character with a crisp, clean bitterness that keeps you coming back for more.
The result? A full-bodied yet balanced beer that’s all about smooth drinking, bright flavors, and a touch of tropical magic.
A little miracle of flavor—just like Bruce Nolan himself would whip up.
Hybrid Theory – A Fusion of Traditions with Dois Corvos
Ola! Our second Craft Collision brings together two brewing traditions in one unexpected, yet beautifully balanced creation. In collaboration with our friends at Dois Corvos from Lisbon, we set out to blur the lines between styles and cultures—fusing the smooth elegance of a Weizen with the bold strength and complexity of a Belgian Tripel.
The result? Hybrid Theory —a unique Tripel Weizen that delivers the best of both worlds. At 8.5% ABV, this brew is full-bodied and rich, yet refined and easy to enjoy. It’s a carefully layered beer where fruity esters and spicy undertones from both styles work together in harmony, creating a silky mouthfeel and a warm, lingering finish.
And then there’s the twist. In true Craft Collision spirit, we added a touch of the unexpected: saffron. This subtle but powerful addition lends a golden hue and a gentle earthy depth, giving the beer a distinctively Portuguese flair—an aromatic nod to our friends at Dois Corvos and their bold brewing culture.
Hybrid Theory isn’t just a beer—it’s a conversation between brewing styles, a celebration of creative collaboration, and a golden fusion of character and craft. Saude!
Better Call Salt – A Sharp West Coast Brew with SALT
For our third Craft Collision, we joined forces with our friends at SALT Beer Factory in the UK—an innovative brewery named after a pioneering industrialist, and known for pushing the boundaries of modern craft beer. From day one, it was clear we shared the same spirit of experimentation and appreciation for bold, hop-driven styles. Together, we set out to brew something that celebrates the roots of the craft beer revolution, while adding a powerful new twist.
The result? Better Call Salt —a clear West Coast Double IPA that pulls no punches. At 8.2% ABV, this beer is assertive and full of character, yet crisp and surprisingly drinkable. Its dry finish and clean profile give the hops plenty of space to shine, with vibrant aromas of pine and tropical fruit bursting from the glass.
Brewed with a bold combo of Vic Secret and Chinook hops, this DIPA delivers deep, layered flavor—from bright fruitiness upfront to a gradually building bitterness that lingers just long enough to keep you coming back for another sip. Unlike its hazy counterparts, this West Coast style is tight, punchy, and refreshingly old-school, paying homage to the beers that put IPAs on the global map.
Better Call Salt is a toast to the trailblazers. A sharp, hop-forward brew that’s dry, intense, and unapologetically West Coast. Built for bold drinkers—with no limits.
Who’s ready for a bold surprise? For this collaboration, we teamed up with our friends at Pühaste—one of Estonia’s most exciting and boundary-pushing craft breweries. Known for their mastery of deep, complex flavors and their fearless approach to brewing, Pühaste was the ideal partner to create something truly bold and unique.
Enter Stoutlander, an American Stout that takes the familiar and gives it a refreshing twist. Right from the first sip, it hits you with rich, roasted notes of coffee and luscious, creamy chocolate. These deep flavors form the backbone of the beer, delivering the kind of intensity stout lovers appreciate. But this is no ordinary stout—American hops introduce a surprising fruitiness that lifts the experience. Hints of citrus and tropical fruit add brightness, bringing a playful contrast to the beer’s darker, roasted base.
The color is deep black, the body full and smooth. A solid malt foundation provides richness and balance, while the hops layer in complexity and just the right amount of bitterness in the finish. The result is a beer that’s both intense and fresh, robust and lively.
With Stoutlander, we’ve crafted something that’s outlandishly smooth yet adventurous—a stout with a modern edge. This beer is for those who love big flavors, creative brewing, and a little surprise in every sip. Whether you’re a seasoned stout fan or looking to try something new, Jopen x Pühaste Stoutlander is ready to impress.
Tere hommikust, Tere päevast & Tere õhtust!
